PATRICK CHRISTOPHER SEE BA (Hons) LLB LLM

Patrick completed a Bachelor of Arts (With Honours)/Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of New South Wales in 1986 and went on to complete a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney in 1996. 

 

Patrick was admitted as a lawyer in 1986 and worked at several well known Sydney law firms from 1987 to 1994.  He began practising at the New South Wales Bar as a barrister in 1994 and practised in the areas of commercial law and commercial disputes.

 

Patrick advises our business and commercial clients in establishing new business relationships, drafting of necessary documentation and advice concerning their operations. Patrick also heads our disputes and litigation section.

MIRANDA THOMPSON BA LLB

Miranda completed a combined Arts/Law degree at the University of Sydney in 1985.  She was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 1986. 

 

At the beginning of her career, Miranda was a Judge’s associate and then worked at several large law firms in Sydney in the fields of litigation and medical negligence.  She has wide experience in property work as well as wills and estates.

CONSULTANT:

 

ROBERT LLOYD LLB

Robert (“Bob”) graduated with a Law degree from the University of Sydney in 1956.  He was admitted to practice in 1957 and has been practising continuously since that time, a period of in excess of 51 years. 

 

Bob has extensive experience in commercial matters, property and conveyancing as well as wills and estates work.

CHRISTINE PYLIOTIS

Christine has worked full-time in legal practice since 1990, first as an administrative assistant and paralegal and, since 1998, as a solicitor.

 

Christine obtained a Diploma in Law through the Legal Practitioners Admission Board in 1997 and in 2006 she completed a Masters of Law at the University of New South Wales. 

 

Christine works for clients with litigation and disputes matters and in property work.

ACCOUNTANT:

 

KAREN TOKER

Karen obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from James Cook University in 1986.  She completed a Diploma in Law through the Legal Practitioners Admission Board in 1998.

 

Karen is ASCPA accredited and has worked as an accountant for several large Australian public companies.  More recently she has been involved in advising on accountancy work for smaller businesses.
