Patrick works with the commercial clients of Lloyd & Lloyd. He specialises in commercial dispute resolution, building, land development and construction issues. He also has extensive experience in insurance law.
Patrick was admitted as a lawyer in 1986. He initially worked at several well known Sydney law firms. He practised at the New South Wales Bar as a barrister for more than ten years. He appeared in several well known cases in the High Court of Australia and appeared in all the main jurisdictions of commercial practice.
Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales. Patrick also has a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and in the High Court of Australia. He is also a member of the New South Wales Bar Association.

Miranda provides advice to clients with their property and land issues. She also assists our clients with trusts and Estate work.
At the beginning of her career, Miranda was a Judge's associate in the District Court of New South Wales. She also worked in private practice in the fields of insurance and medical negligence litigation. She has twenty years experience in all facets of law regarding land transactions and property.
Miranda has an Arts degree and a Law degree from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practice as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Terry is a recently admitted solicitor who works in the commercial and property section of Lloyd & Lloyd . She assists our senior lawyers with business transactions and advice. She has knowledge and experience of taxation, superannuation and estate planning.
Terry has long experience working in the financial services sector and has extensive knowledge of financial services issues particularly in the training and human resources area.
